In pursuit of his mission he has created a legacy of more than 60 organizations and hundreds of individuals that are substantially more successful than they were before his involvement.
The pinnacle of his career to date is the co-authorship of his first book, The BestPossible Enterprise, in which he Dr. Gene Bryan describe what it takes to become a BestPossible leader of a BestPossible enterprise. Andrew has been a leader at Frito Lay, Nuclear Power and Oregon Steel Mills and formed Pilot Advisors in 1997, where he became a recognized speaker, advisor, coach and performance specialist. His background in business is both diverse and unique.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Chris Moffet has been involved in organizational performance for more than 30 years, and became a Pilot Advisor in 2012 when Andrew recruited her to join the team.
Chris founded Moffet Consulting in 1994. Since then she has become recognized as an innovator and has a proven track record of successes with her hands on approach that include: Sony, Cost Plus World Market, Wells Fargo Bank, Richard Sandoval Restaurant Group, and Vail Resorts, to name a few.
As a Corporate Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company Chris hired and trained hundreds of employees. She worked as Director of Training and Director of Human Resources for a national retail chain as well as a national financial institution.
Chris holds a Master of Arts in Business from St. Marys University of Minnesota and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado College.
